Camper had a couple things that needed to be fixed and you got us in right away and did the necessary repairs quickly. The informative and knowledgeable staff at AC Nelsen are a real benefit. I’ve been to other dealerships and you just walk around the yard and no one helps you. Not so at ACN. We are just completing our purchase of our second AC Nelsen fifth wheel in 10 years. Our first rig was a real bargain and served us well. We traveled many miles with it. When there were some problems, ACN helped us get those fixed post haste and back on the road until we could bring the rig back for the permanent fix. When we had an accident with a tire blowout, ACN was there to help us determine a damage estimate for our insurance company. After RV’ing for 10 years and spending most of a year full time on the road in my camper, I came to appreciate the first rate help and advice at ACN when I first bought my fifth wheel. Our new fifth wheel has all the bells and whistles that we have been wishing for. I’m sure we will get many years of enjoyment out of the new rig. I appreciate ACN supporting our RV needs all these years.

Where do I start we bought are camper Cherokee cascade 264L on 3/26/2016. First the sales person (ginger) we met at the sportsman show and she was very and I mean very helpful in us deciding which camper we should buy which this is are first camper she answered all are questions. Then we went to pick up the camper and the services guys were outstanding in the walk-thru and I had a wiring issue with my pickup and they worked on it and found the issue which for me is a warranty issue but they got me on the road at no cost. Paul the finance guy walked us thru the paperwork and what a breeze. Ac Nelson is and always will be are camper dealer.

Easy to deal with, Chris was able and willing to get 90% done over the phone before we made the 3hr drive. OUTSTANDING delivery and paperwork process when we arrived. I’ve been in the car business for 15+ years and I envy how easy they made my experience, wish the car business would do the same.
