We had an issue with the hitch on our trailer driving across Iowa. We stopped in a rest area but couldn’t fix it. Found AC Nelson on line. Called to confirm they were open and had someone in the service dept. Stopped there and they gave us options on the repair. No hard sale. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Like the headline says, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I called the dealership one day to get info and set up a time. Colleen met me on the coldest Minnesota winter day to view trailers. She started with a few questions of what we were looking for and then we went on our way. Colleen showed me the trailers I had interest in and then a couple that she thought fit my description as well. Once finished, she asked me if I had any questions. Not once did I feel any sort of pressure to purchase. 2 weeks had gone past and I had a few questions about the trailer(s). Colleen answered my questions and again never pressured me into a purchase (I actually was wondering if they truly wanted to sell me something). Within this time I had been to other dealerships. My phone blew up with texts and calls asking how we could make a deal, “what are you waiting for”, bad mouthing the other dealerships in area. Not once did Colleen make a bad remark about other dealerships. I finally put money down on a trailer and set a pick up date. Then…my wife found a different model she thought she liked. I called Colleen and her response was to come in and look. “We want you to make the right choice since it is a big investment” was her response. Once again, no pressure at all.
