I called on February 13, 2021 one of the coldest days of the year. I talk to Neil and they were open. They wouldn’t be able to open up the pop-up camper that I was considering purchasing due to the cold. I made three trips to the dealership that day. I looked at a couple of other campers. Ultimately I went with my first choice. I put a few hundred dollars down came back and paid for it three weeks later and picked it up 10 days after that. There was a minor miscommunication issue. Neil the salesman was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. The finance department and service department for the walk-through were very pleasant professional and knowledgeable as well. No pressure. Natural easy purchasing experience.
