BJ Boston for sure. I really enjoyed how she approaches sales. I could tell right off the bat that she was “Old School” in all the good ways. She was able to connect with my Wife and I, despite the generational gap. Very conversational, without being overbearing. She did not rely on just reciting the brochure, but listened to what we were looking for, and showed us trailers that were right for us. As a former salesman, I can really appreciate when I see good salesmanship in an age of “clerking”. BJ did not “clerk” us into whatever trailer the bosses told her to sell that month. We also never felt pressured. We started looking at trailers over a year before we bought. We would occasionally pop in, and see what new trailers were coming in. She never sent a million spammy emails to my inbox. I got one call, a few months after our first visit, and two emails: one after we first met, thanking us for stopping in, and one when their huge sales event started almost a year after we first went in. Bottom line: BJ is an old school, class act, that really earned her sale.

From my first phone call and conversation with the Sales Rep to purchase and delivery, AC Nelson was simply excellent. John the sales guy was outstanding. Even after delivery, he was willing to ship me a $1 light bulb. That’s great service. When I showed up to purchase and take delivery, I was in a rush…..the employees knew this and I was in and out in less than 60 minutes. There wasn’t the usual pressure to purchase normal dealer “add-ons”.
