Starting with a call that Bill (manager) answered, we headed over to the site during an open house. Bill got us started on our hunt and then Jeffrey picked up the search. He embraced the special needs we have medically and inquired specifically to narrow down our search but problem solved to land on the perfect choice we would never have guessed would work for us. Everyone at AC Nelsen was respectful and dignified. Looking forward to memory making ahead.

How easy and fun B.J. made buying a camper! We just lost our camper in the floods and we were dreading starting over. B.J. had us at ease and enjoying the experience from the very beginning. She listened to what we wanted and never tried to b.s. us. She’s straight and to the point, but she’s also compassionate and understanding of what we were dealing with.

We were looking for a nice affordable camper. We got a bunch of great helpful people and got a great deal. We saved $8000 compared to other camper dealers in the area. BJ Boston was our sales person and she is absolutely awesome. Daniel in the shop got our flat panel installed so quickly, and he was so patient and respectful when showing us how to operate everything. My wife and I stopped at A.C. Nelsen in Omaha because we are in the beginning process of purchasing a 5th Wheel Camper. What a pleasant experience! We were assigned to B. J. Boston. We had an issue with the hitch on our trailer driving across Iowa. We stopped in a rest area but couldn’t fix it. Found AC Nelson on line. Called to confirm they were open and had someone in the service dept. Stopped there and they gave us options on the repair. No hard sale. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
