During the COVID-19 shutdown, I was still searching the continent for a No Boundaries camper. Found one in OKC and put a $1000 hold on it and they sold it out from under me without even a phone call. Put an internet inquiry in at A.C. Nelson on one they had in stock and got a call from Dan Birge within an hour! I discussed with him what I was specifically looking for, but they didn’t have it on hand. He called back in less than 30 minutes with the news that they found the unicorn of NO-BOs at the factory and they gave me a SMOKIN deal on it! The service and deal were more than enough to drive all the way from New Mexico to pick it up. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the team at A.C. Nelson. I also appreciated the fact that they acknowledged me as a Disabled Veteran and thanked me for my service to our nation. Small gestures mean a tremendous amount and A.C. Nelson was by far the best yet.

BJ was wonderful at explaining to us the pros and cons of the different RVs that we were looking at. She was so sweet to my two sons and treated all of us with respect. It is our first RV and so we asked a lot of questions! She had a lot of patience and grace! Highly recommend her as a sales rep!

Salesperson Colleen; Paul the Finance Mgr.; Greg who helped with the set up and walk thru and Ginger also; were wonderful and helpful; no high pressure sales tactics. My wife and I found just what we were looking for. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience!

It was my first time buying a camper. The travel trailer is perfect for me and my 2 little dogs. John the salesman was cordial and was not pushy at all. I was shown the smaller campers that I was interested in. I am very happy with my purchase and my kids think it is perfect for me too. I am happy with my purchase.
