I contacted multiple camper dealerships before settling on AC. Colleen was the first salesperson I spoke to that I didn’t find rude. I was relieved to find a place that had a nice salesperson to work with! She was knowledgeable and so helpful! I love that she in no way pressured me to buy what I bought.

I like how they sales person that was helping us stayed after hours to show us all that you guys had and made sure to answer every question we had. A few days later we bought our camper from here because we loved the service here so much and how willing they were to help make us happy. A year later we are still loving our investment and have been taking time to go on vacations with it to make memories. Thank you all so much for the help. After looking on the lot a few times, we left with a new 2018 Cherokee Grey Wolf Patriot Edition Travel Trailer 26DBH. We got lucky and got one that had the packages that we were highly interested in. Don and Terry in the sales department were great to work with. The process in financing was a breeze. All in all, the transaction didn’t have any red tape or flaws. Will do business here again.

We just recently purchased a 2018 Forrest River Cherokee Grey Wolf Patriot Edition 26DBH and love it. When we picked it up, MIchael took his time explaining how everything worked. He answered any questions we had with a detailed, informative answer. When we left there, we immediately took the trailer to the campsite. The way Michael explained everything, helped us retain the information. We feel comfortable taking this trailer to and from the campsite, as well as winterizing it. I wanted to extend my gratitude to MIchael for taking the time to walk us through every little detail of the camper.

BJ Boston for sure. I really enjoyed how she approaches sales. I could tell right off the bat that she was “Old School” in all the good ways. She was able to connect with my Wife and I, despite the generational gap. Very conversational, without being overbearing. She did not rely on just reciting the brochure, but listened to what we were looking for, and showed us trailers that were right for us. As a former salesman, I can really appreciate when I see good salesmanship in an age of “clerking”. BJ did not “clerk” us into whatever trailer the bosses told her to sell that month. We also never felt pressured. We started looking at trailers over a year before we bought. We would occasionally pop in, and see what new trailers were coming in. She never sent a million spammy emails to my inbox. I got one call, a few months after our first visit, and two emails: one after we first met, thanking us for stopping in, and one when their huge sales event started almost a year after we first went in. Bottom line: BJ is an old school, class act, that really earned her sale.

I truly enjoyed the purchasing experience of my Patriot 26DBH from your dealership. My sales person, BJ Boston, bent over backwards to help me select the right camper for my family. I live over three hours away from Omaha, BJ took all my calls and answered all my questions and even sent pictures of specific camper amenities that I was looking for. Hutch and the service team had provided us with 5 star service not only on site but also following our purchase which is not common. It’s a learning experience buying a travel trailer for the first time and anytime I need help troubleshooting or learning how to use or power up a component, Hutch is always extremely responsive. This type of post sales customer service is near impossible to find. I would gladly recommend anyone who is looking for a unit to AC Nelson. Not only do they have the best prices but the service is outstanding.

From my first phone call and conversation with the Sales Rep to purchase and delivery, AC Nelson was simply excellent. John the sales guy was outstanding. Even after delivery, he was willing to ship me a $1 light bulb. That’s great service. When I showed up to purchase and take delivery, I was in a rush…..the employees knew this and I was in and out in less than 60 minutes. There wasn’t the usual pressure to purchase normal dealer “add-ons”.

Came down to look at a used RV but was sold as I arrived but it was the best thing that ever happened. JJ took me out to look at others. Then he showed me a new Patriot and I couldn’t believe how reasonable it was compared to paying high bucks for a used trailer, JJ and the finance department made it a smooth transaction.
